Bus route 61-77 officially operates, easily connecting Ho Chi Minh City

On July 1, 2025, Becamex Tokyu Bus Company Limited officially put into operation Purple bus route 61-77, marking an important step in expanding the public transport network between Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong province after the two localities merged.

Seamless connection between key urban areas

Bus routes 61-77 offer convenient and fast journeys, helping to shorten the distance between two urban centers and important destinations:

• Direct connection from Binh Duong New City to New Eastern Bus Station
• Passing through urban areas, large universities, notably the Ho Chi Minh City National University area
• Integrated with Metro Line 1 at Suoi Tien Station, supporting passengers to easily transfer through the metro system

61-77B (Short route)

• Route: GO! Di An ↔ New Eastern Bus Station
• Frequency: 8 trips/day (4 trips each way)
• Travel time: About 20 minutes/trip
