Overview of the investor
2012 – Tokyu officially brought the urban model from Japan to Vietnam through strategic cooperation with Becamex IDC, to establish the joint venture BECAMEX TOKYU.
More than just constructions, Becamex Tokyu brings a vibrant, integrated urban model called Tokyu Garden City with the motto “ALWAYS NEW”. We not only build houses but also accompany Binh Duong in developing a modern public transport system. Contributing greatly to changing Binh Duong’s TOD infrastructure to a new level.
Tokyu Group
Tokyu Group was initially formed from the company “Meguro Kamata Dentetsu” established in 1922. Tokyu Group is currently one of the largest and oldest economic groups in Japan, operating in many fields such as railways, transportation, retail systems, culture, education… in which the most prominent is the field of urban development.
With the slogan “TOWARDS A BEAUTIFUL ERA”, Tokyu Group upholds the philosophy of “creating a beautiful living environment” to meet the diverse needs of the people. Each member company cooperates based on the foundation of “independence”, but together they create values to build a brand for a beloved and trusted Group.

Becamex IDC
Since its establishment in 1976, Becamex IDC has been a major investor in the construction of industrial parks, residential areas, and urban transport infrastructure. In the field of industrial park investment, Becamex IDC has built the Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park and My Phuoc Industrial Urban Area. In addition, Becamex IDC also has many 100% owned subsidiaries and capital-contributing subsidiaries operating in many fields, securities, finance, insurance, banking, construction, trade, real estate, services, communications, concrete production, construction materials, minerals, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and education, etc.
Becamex IDC is one of Binh Duong’s pioneering enterprises in the field of urban development. With modern construction equipment and techniques, a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers in the construction field, in recent times, urban development projects invested by Becamex IDC have been contributing to the formation of a new urban appearance of Binh Duong province.
